Delta Cotton Company Apartments are located above Ground Zero Blues Club®in what was once a cotton-grading warehouse. Up until the mid-20th century sellers to the company submitted cotton samples, and the fibers were then graded visually against a skylight by the keen eyes of some of Mississippi’s most talented cotton experts.
